Abstract : The numerical integration routine used by the second generation orbit improvement program is documented by the report. The equations of motion, the physical models of all significant forces acting on the satellite, and all associated housekeeping functions are presented in the form of subroutine descriptions. The satellite ephemeris generation task is also described in full detail. (Author)
