Abstract : A computer program is presented for performing one-dimensional analysis of conical nozzles exhausting nitrogen gas at supply pressures and temperatures below 14,700 psi and 3000K respectively. The real gas properties of nitrogen are computed using empirical equations and assuming that the nitrogen undergoes an isentropic expansion. The boundary layer growth is computed from a numerical integration of the momentum integral equation. Output from the program includes free-stream, static and stagnation point flow properties together with boundary layer growths and heat transfer rates associated with laminar and turbulent boundary layers. The Fortran IV program is listed together with the necessary instructions for using it. (Author)
