Abstract : This research project developed and presented a methodology to be used by the Army in obtaining central direction and control over the efforts of various Army organizations engaged in the design, development, and implementation of a worldwide integrated logistic system. The methodology was tested by developing a master plan to the extent possible, using the data and information obtained during the research.
