Abstract : A dynamic game is a system in which there is more than one controller each trying to minimize a different cost functional. The players may or may not cooperate with one another or form groups of cooperative players. In a game it is no longer easy to say what an 'optimal' solution is. Each player must take into account the amount of information available, what the other players are doing, and what his objectives are in computing what his 'optimal' control-strategy will be.
