Abstract : This bibliography presents the results of a literature review to identify areas in which research has shown males and females to differ significantly and reliably and that might account for male-female performance differences on Navy jobs traditionally held by men. The long-range objective of the project was to identify principles for job design for equal performability by men and women. (Author)
