Abstract : Recovery processes in the form of clustering of dislocation configurations in both plastically deforming or creeping copper and nickel single crystals have been investigated by conventional electron microscopy and by high voltage electron microscopy by means of in-situ experiments. The creep response of such alloys and the stages of the recovery processes have also been modeled. (Author)
