Abstract : This report contains selected, evaluated estimation methods for 26 environmentally important physicochemical properties of organic chemicals. The methods selected are applicable to a variety of chemical classes, are easy to use, require a minimum of input data, and are reasonably accurate. Each method has a descriptive text, step-by-step instructions, worked-out examples, and supplementary information allowing the user to estimate the likely uncertainty of an estimated value. Approximately 800 literature references cited. (Author)
