Abstract : Document presents a tabulation of energy eigenvalues and densities of states for the semiconductors, silicon, germanium, gallium phosphide, gallium arsenide zinc sulfide and zinc selenide. These theoretical results follow from self-consistent linear combination of Gaussian orbitals calculations for these materials.
