Abstract : An experimental study of temperature dependent ferroelectric hysteresis phenomena of polyvinylidene fluoride is presented. The temperature dependence of the remanent polarization and coercive field was measured from saturated ferroelectric hysteresis curves with a temperature range from 60 degrees C to 130 degrees C. This data was then compared to a 2-site and 6-site ferroelectric switching model.
