Abstract : This report documents the actions and results of the first comprehensive effort to develop Army Availability Factors (AAF) for table of distribution and allowance (TDA) activities. The factors prescribe, for various combinations of people, locations. and conditions, the average amount of time per month that an Army individual is expected to be available to work on his assigned job. Six Army Availability Factors (AAF) are developed: Civilian Peacetime (CONUS), Civilian Peacetime (OCONUS), Civilian Wartime, Military Peacetime (CONUS), Military Peacetime (OCONUS), Military Wartime.
