Abstract : This thesis describes the naval postgraduate school's version of the asw screen optimization program, SCREENOP, created by Daniel H. Wagner, Associates. The program is written in Fortran 77 and runs on a VAX 11/780 computer using a TEKTRONIX 4014 graphics terminal. The program models and optimization technique are described and user's guide, with an example, is provided. Modifications to the SCREENOP program are also proposed.
