Abstract : Exposure of immune cells to UDMH induces immune cell dysfunction suggestive of impairment of the immunoregulatory component of the immune system. We found that UDMH does not alter the suppressor cell/helper cell ratio nor does it overtly alter the Ia receptors on immune cells. UDMH does significantly change prostaglandin E2 synthesis. This chemical mediator is known to play a keynote in regulating immune cells.
