Abstract : Ti02/Si02 multilayer dielectric mirrors centered around 630 mm have shown reflectivity degradation from 99.99% down to 99.0% due to UV synchrotron radiation emitted by a beam of 240 MeV electrons during a storage ring free electron laser experiment.
