Abstract : Air Quality Assessment Model (AQAM) is used by the Air Force to estimate and predict present and future local air pollution concentrations resulting from onbase activities. Every major air pollution source on an airbase is accounted for by AQAM. AQAM originally existed in a format compatible with the computers of the Air Force Engineering and Services Center (AFESC). Upon completion of AQAM prototype development, technology transfer to the USAF Occupational and Environmental Health Laboratory (USAF OEHL) for field application began. This project involved making all necessary installations, tests, modification and evaluations to make the model compatible with USAF OEHL computers. This report describes the AQAM model and the required modifications for the USAF OEHL computers. New subroutines and changes to the original subroutines are documented. Information on data preparation, processing, and display is provided for the operator. (Author)
