Abstract : A representation of electromagnetic fields exterior to a perfectly conducting object undergoing general non-rigid motion is derived in terms of boundary integrals. The representation of the field involves scalar and vector potentials and the representation is the counter part of the Stratton-Chu or Maue representations in the stationary case. However, the motion complicates the representation considerably and this is shown explicity. (Author)
