Abstract : From the examination of Brazilian strategic factors, it is possible to conclude that Brazil as the Teenager country that is, has arrived at the point of its existence when a great future can be foreseen, but doesn't known yet the exact way to get there. Its geographical base allows Brazil to be the medium power that it wants to be as soon as it is able to explore it; but in order to do that it needs resources and modern technology. From social-psychological point of view. Brazil needs to correct the social imbalances, in order to get the necessary internal stability and social justice. Politically, immaturity is a major characteristic and sometimes it is very easy to perceive the individual or group ambitions overcoming the most important interests of the nation. Militarily, Brazil has taken the option of more butter instead of guns, but frequency fears that somebody else could come and take its butter. The economy is the cornerstone for the solution of all problems. As a traditionally democratic country Brazil has taught that capitalism is the economic posture that better fits its political situation; but to be a capitalistic country capital is necessary as well as its correct management, and this depends on all other factors, A viscous circle is formed through, but there are many hopes that it can and will be broken, directing Brazil to its destiny as one of the wealthier and stronger countries in the world, and as an example of democracy and liberty.
