Abstract : Introduces a discussion of effects that might be realized with a different Air Force frocking policy. The author concentrates on the probable influences the factors of morale, motivation, efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity have on this frocking issue. A survey was developed and conducted to see what people thought, generally, about the frocking concept and, specifically, about some of the author's concepts and thoughts. The lack of adherence to some key management principles, that, if followed, could allow for increased productivity, is seen as the major drawback to the current frocking policy. The author's recommendation is that the Air Force needs to liberalize its current frocking policy.
