Abstract : Implementation of a full-wave fields program developed for calculations at ELF is described. The program incorporates modifications to the original code for use at VLF, including allowance for multiple modes. Other changes relate to improving compatibility of the basic program setup with that of other programs in the Defense Nuclear Agency repertoire.
