Abstract : Outdoor sporting activities in winter are becoming more popular. There is a significant threat to individuals being hurt or going out unprepared for the rigors of cold weather environment. The injuries of chilblain, trenchfoot, frostbite and hypothermia are a major threat in a cold environment.
