Abstract : The purpose of this study is to analyze the functioning of the Outpatient Records Branch and determine the optimal feasible physical organization for this department. The plan of analysis includes, but is not limited to direct site analysis, inquiry techniques, and use of modeling and flow charts to describe the existing system, identify possible alternatives, and select the optimal feasible solution.
