Abstract : The paper is the second in the series devoted to the study of constructions of families of homogenizations. In the first paper the properties of the kernel Phi ( dot, h,t) were utilized. In this paper these properties are established. An integral representation of the solution to a differential equation we developed that models the equations that arise in the study of periodic media (e.g., composite materials). (jhd)
