Abstract : Procedures are being developed for the environmental information base component of the Smart Weapons Operability Enhancement/Joint Test and Evaluation (SWOE/JT&E) Program analytical thermal infrared scene generation procedure at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Scope is limited to documentation of the information base content and data processing/analysis procedures developed to satisfy other component requirements such as thermal signature modeling, thermal radiance field predictions, and generation of realistic graphic representations of the three-dimensional thermal backgrounds.
