Abstract : The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) appointed the U.S. Transportation Command USTRANSCOM) as the lead office for analyzing functional requirements and to develop an intransit tracking capability. As a result, USTANSCOM, in conjunction with the Office of the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Transportation Policy (ADUSD-TP), prepared the Defense Intransit Visibility Integration Plan.
