Abstract : This study considers the argument for a more robust space control policy and force structure, to include the argument for an Anti-Satellite (ASAT) capability. This monograph addresses the validity of space control doctrine, as well as examining measures which ensure US access to space, and actions to deny that same use to an adversary.
