Abstract : In the area of navigational positioning associated with various types of space craft, GPS application research is one key hot topic among people at present. Use is made of GPS receivers installed at fixed points on the ground and on space craft in order to precisely measure the positions of photographed spots in remote sensing imagery. In conjunction with this, these positioning data are used in area network combined average. As a result, it is possible to greatly reduce--even to eliminating-- onerous measurement operations by outside industry.
