Abstract : This report discusses the results of a study to determine the nature and extent of sexual harassment in the Federal Government. It updates the findings of our 1980 and 1987 studies on this issue. The results of the current study indicate that unwanted sexual attention remains a widespread problem in the Federal sector. At the same time, however, Federal agencies have made strides in educating their workforces and raising the level of sensitivity to the issues surrounding sexual harassment. (AN)
