Abstract : This final report of Computer Models for Ergonomics describes the work on this contract. There has been enhancements to the COMBIMAN and CREW CHIEF programs. CREW CHIEF is a computer model of an Air Force maintenance technician, and may be used to evaluate maintainability of aircraft, as well as equipment in general. COMBIMAN is a computer model of an aircraft pilot, and may be used to evaluate cockpit accommodation, for a seated operator, in general. Both models are interfaced directly to commercial CAD systems.
