Abstract : The study described herein was conducted to establish the effect of simultaneously applying a hostile (high humidity) environment and fatigue stress cycling on the mechanical response of glass/graphite/epoxy hybrid composites. The effect of prolonged tensile loading on the strength of these hybrids was also investigated.
