Abstract : The United States Air Force (Air Force) has prepared this Remedial investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) report as part of the Installation Restoration Program (IRP) to present results of RI/FS activities at five sites at the Bullen Point radar installation. The IRP provides for investigating, quantifying, and remediating environmental contamination from past waste management activities at Air Force installations throughout the United States. The IRP is a four-phase program that approximates the remedial investigation and corrective action program used by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for addressing contaminated sites that may pose a risk to human health or the environment.
