DOMAINS, IN ORDER OF RANKED IMPORTANCE, ARE LEADERSHIP, MANAGED CARE, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, STAFFING/PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, TECHNOLOGY, HEALTH CARE TRENDS, QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT, LICENSURE & EDUCATION, FEDERAL NURSE SPECIFIC, AND ETHICS.
