Abstract : Reaction of the ligand 1,2-(NH2)2C6H4 with InNp3 (Np = neopentyl = CH2C(CH3)3) afforded the tetrameric compound NpIn(u-(NH)2C6H4)4 which contains five-coordinate indium centers having square pyramidal geometry and an overall approximate tetrahedral symmetry.
