Abstract : This baseline risk assessment section provides an evaluation of the potential risks to human health from exposure to chemicals detected in groundwater in areas of concern at the LBAD. By definition, a baseline risk assessment (risk assessment) is an analysis of the potential adverse health effects (current or future) caused by hazardous substance releases from the site in the absence of any actions to control or mitigate these releases.
