Abstract : Magnetic measurements have been made above ocean waves from a stable platform at sea. The results are consistent with the theory of magnetic fields associated with ocean waves. The theory offers the potential to reduce or eliminate ocean wave noise in MAD (Magnetic Anomaly Detection).
