Abstract : In many survivability studies of blast effects on Army equipment, it is necessary to know the prospect for equipment being overturned. This report documents a small project in which an analytical procedure of W. E. Baker for predicting the overturn of targets by airblast has been incorporated in a personal computer (PC) program. The procedure, calculations of test cases used to verify accuracy, and a listing of the computer program are presented.
