Abstract : The Armstrong Laboratory Aviation Personality Survey (ALAPS) was developed to better psychologically assess aircrew. The 15 scales cover personality, psychopathology, and crew interaction styles. This work provides additional psychometric data in support of its use. A sample of over 1000 male and female student pilots provide thorough norming, additional evidence of reliability, and further construct validity.
