Abstract : The Installation Restoration Program was initiated by the Air National Guard (ANG) to evaluate potential contamination to the environment caused by past practices at its installations. During the 1987 Preliminary Assessment (PA), ten abandoned underground storage tanks (USTs) were identified at nine sites. During the 1991 Site Investigation, geophysical surveys failed to find a UST at this location (at the intersection of Burgin Avenue and East Lake Boulevard). The UST was believed to have contained butane. The report documents no further action need be taken at this the UST site.
