Abstract : This Energy Monitoring and Control System Feasibility Study was conducted for the Norfolk District, Corps of Engineers. Its purpose was to determine the energy conservation and economic benefits of a base-wide Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) to control building mechanical and electrical systems at Fort Drum.
