Abstract : The analysis provides an economic analysis on the integration of three stand-alone operations into a single site operation. Operations previously conducted by USAF at the Cataloging and Standardization Center (CASC), by the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS), and by the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC) are being co-located at DLSC.
