Abstract : Fort George G. Meade selected eighty-three (83) buildings, from the approximately 1,500 buildings on the base to be included in the UMCS Feasibility Study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of replacing the existing analog based Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) with a new distributed process Monitoring and Control System (UMCS).
