Abstract : A sodium chloride or potassium chloride laser window is rendered anti-reflective by depositing, in order, an As2Se3 layer, a NaF layer and an As2Se3 layer. Near optimum thicknesses to permit transmission of light having wavelengths in the range of from 1 to 12 micrometers are disclosed. (Author)
