Abstract : An electronic device for processing optic, infrared or electronic signals in three dimensions, that is, area and time. The device features an amplification function and includes the use of melt grown oxide metal ceramic substrate material which allows high frequency operation and utilizes microchannel amplifier techniques to reduce operational charge buildup.
