Abstract : Data from the literature on the molar volume of solid oxygen have been compiled and critically analyzed. A correlated and thermodynamically consistent set of molar volumes, including the volume changes at the various solid phase transitions, is presented. Evidence for the existence of a delta-solid phase is reviewed. Uncertainties in the data and in the recommended set of values are discussed. (Author)
