FOCIS includes a work interest questionaire to help match job seekers with federal careers; a large database with descriptions of agencies, jobs, salaries, minimum qualifications, and addresses; a job vacancy search program for users with modems. OPM training courses; practice federal exams; and general information on the Government as an employer.
