Abstract : File characteristics: Data file and software (27 files); ASCII character set. Physical description: 1 computer diskette; 5 1/4 in.; high density; 1.2M. System requirements: IBM PC compatible; DOS 5.0.; 5 1/4 in. floppy disk drive HD; hard drive. Pass1.ada - pass4.ada form a small ADA-like compiler for use in teaching a compiler design course. The compiler follows an LL(1) syntax and is recursive descent. It has been used at least once in presenting the course. Student assignments consist of being given parts of the compiler with the requirement that they complete sections. The compiler includes an abbreviated version of the packages.
