Abstract : This study evaluated 25 CHAPARRAL batteries from both CONUS and OCONUS locations. A total of 1076 individual crewmen were surveyed and tested. Over 150 crews weere evaluated in selected crew drills. Significant differences were found between the performance level of CONUS and OCONUS units. The OCONUS units demonstrated higher proficiency in both individual and crew skills. (Author)
