Abstract : The deposition of electromagnetic energy as heat in all of the human body, or in specific parts of it is one of the specific conditions which lend themselves uniquely to a preliminary evaluation through simulation modeling. In general the use of one of the widely accepted models of thermoregulation to evaluate the thermal effects of exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation should be seen as a useful tool which should be interpreted with reasonable caution.
