Abstract : Fluid absorption of carbon fibre composites, both thermosetting and thermoplastic, immersed in jet fuel under controlled conditions of time and temperature, was determined and, in the sequence, DMA studies were performed. Storage modulus, loss factor and glass transition temperature were the parameters utilized for the evaluation of the dynamic behaviour of said materials.
