Abstract : This study examined the potential of using integrity tests to predict organizational delinquency among subjects who have already undergone extensive background investigations. Although the criterion measures used were more comprehensive than reported in most studies of organizational delinquency, few significant correlations were found. The implications of these results and the need for monitoring systems to minimize organizational delinquency in high security jobs is discussed.
