Abstract : X-ray holography using photoresists is a method of x-ray microscopy which may be well-suited to flash imaging of radiation-sensitive specimens if suitable sources are developed. We describe our results of imaging dried samples using a synchrotron x-ray source, and our efforts at imaging hydrated biological specimens.
