Abstract : In a study of two sensors polling data on emitting targets one sensor may observe a target while the other may fail; even if both sensors observe a target, then there is a random noise that distorts the picture. In this paper a general algorithm is developed for detecting the pairs of observations made by the sensors on same targets and for fusing each pair as a single target.
